In This Moment will be bringing you fresh new death from their latest album, Godmode. Meanwhile, Ice Nine Kills’ last ritual offering was 2021’s The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood, so will probably be delving into their back catalog of hits.
The Kiss of Death Tour, Part 2 for 2024 returns for another year, most of the performances will see both Headliners, but there are a few dates that will only feature one half the body count. The two groups will be accompanied by Avatar and TX2 on most dates. The death and destruction starts this August in Indiana at the Clyde Theatre, and the following trail of bodies can be followed to 21 different cities across North America, including Green Bay, Wisconsin; Portland, Oregon's Moda Centre on August 31st; Los Angeles; and Denver, among other cities.
"We are thrilled to announce we are joining forces once again with the one and only ICE NINE KILLS and special guests AVATAR. We all knew after finalizing the first leg of this tour that there was no other choice than to bring it back for more dates. It's a visual and audio experience that people will never forget. Get your tickets now!" Stated, In This Moment at the tour announcement.
In this Moment released their eighth studio album, Godmode, last October. The album was preceded by the single, "I Would Die for You," which featured on the John Wick: Chapter 4 soundtrack, for the John Wick: Chapter 4 film. The band then embarked on the Godmode tour this spring with I See Stars, the tour also included some co-hedline dates with Motionless In White with Kim Dracula and Mike's Dead along for support.
Ice Nine Kills, however, released their most recent full-length album, The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood, back in 2021. It remains the bands' most successful album to date, reaching number 18 on the Billboard 200 and number one on the Hard Rock Albums chart. The band promoted it relentlessly through 2022 with three legs of The Trinity Of Terror Tour, then last year they ran support for Metallica in the spring before kicking off the first part of The Kiss of Death Tour.
Swedish heavy metal band, Avatar, released their ninth studio album, Dance Devil Dance, in early 2023, and it features the track, "Violence No Matter What" with Lzzy Hale.
