Moda Center at the Rose Quarter
Their story so far is one for the books – come down to the Moda Center at the Rose Quarter on 14 July 2024 and experience A Day To Remember’s Least Anticipated Album Tour!
Metalcore and pop-punk fusion band A Day To Remember is about to knock it out of the ballpark in Portland with one of the most amazing rock shows of the season filled with fan favorites, new bangers, singing, cheering, dancing, moshing – the works!
The band that brought you smash hits such as “The Downfall Of Us All”, “Mr. Highway’s Thinking About The End”, and “I’m Made Of Wax, Larry, What Are You Made Of?” will be on the road with hardcore punk band Scowl, ready to blow the roof off every single venue they play.
It will be a ‘day to remember’ for sure, so make a plan, hit the button, and secure your tickets, selling from only $78 right now!
A Day To Remember has been hitting it big time since they broke into the scene in 2005 with their debut album, “And Their Name Was Treason”. Their amalgamation of skater-punk-style songs with metalcore spares nothing, smashing home runs all the way with existing and new fans alike. Frontman Jeremy McKinnon explains their unique blend: “Everyone told us mixing the two genres wouldn't work. We've just always played what we wanted to hear. We loved pop punk, we loved hardcore bands, and we couldn't decide what to be. So we said we'd do them both.” And the writing is on the wall: A Day To Remember makes it work like never before – they are literally one of the best bands around, and if you thought they'd seen their best days, think again – they have recently dropped a new single, “Miracle”, and it is certain: their best days are still coming.
Whether you’re rocking out to "Sometimes You’re The Hammer, Sometimes You’re The Nail”, “Have Faith In Me”, “The Plot To Bomb The Panhandle”, or “The Downfall Of Us All”, you’d agree: the visceral delivery of their melodramatic lyrics, with expertly executed vocals ranging from growling and screaming to high-pitched, clean choruses, conveys a rawness and urgency speaking to that angsty, misunderstood scene kid living in all of us.
The Least Anticipated Album Tour promises to get right into the meat of A Day To Remember’s gritty catalog, exploding with more energy than any other show, pulling out all the stops – and the result: a night you will definitely remember for many years to come.
The touring lineup comprises lead vocalist Jeremy McKinnon, guitarists Neil Westfall and Kevin Skaff, and drummer Alex Shelnutt. They will be performing alongside guest artists Scowl, a hardcore punk band hailing from Santa Cruz. They are regulars on the road and have performed as guest artists with many iconic bands, such as System Of A Down, Korn, Deftones, and Limp Bizkit.
The Moda Center at the Rose Quarter in Portland, with its 19,441 seats, has more than enough space for audiences to rock out and mosh. There are lots of concession stands with delicious food and drinks to keep audiences refreshed through the evening, which they won’t forget.
