Portland! What’s up! Happy summertime - are you finally ready to party in the sun again, to forget about all the rain?? We’ve seen all the greats are going back on tour, and all the festival line ups just feel so similar to what they have the past few years, don’t we all want something Brand New?! Something (OR, some someones) we haven’t seen in almost a decade?? Gosh I know I do, and I know the perfect show for us to go to this summer - because Brand New is going on tour!
YES! For the first time in almost ten years, Brand New - the American boy band that is so emo and so garage, is going on a reunion tour this summer for their official 2025 Reunion Tour - and we’re all going to be front row at the show, will you be joining us?! Amazing! Catch the 2000s band rocking the stage right here at The Moda Center on Saturday, May 31st, for what is sure to be an unforgettable time.
Tickets are on sale RIGHT NOW and are starting at $76 for the night’s festivities of good ole rock and roll. And with the reunion - we know they’re going to spend the entire time on stage playing all their hits from the discography - so you’re going to want to get to Moda early, and remember to bring a friend too! All of us here at The Moda Center in Portland are so very excited to welcome Brand New to the stage this May on Saturday the 31st for their 2025 Reunion Tour, which is set to be a tour filled with our favorite tracks, all the classics, and wails from the crowd as we blare out all the lyrics to Lit Me Up and Jude Law. Set to hit twenty four dates over the entirety of summer, the tour will see the boys journey to Los Angeles, Boston, Seattle, and everywhere in between - including right here at The Moda Center in the Rose Quarter of our oh so lovely city.
Brand New is one of the early 2000s generation most influential rock bands to ever play on stages across the country - and the entire globe for that matter. From Long Island and made up of vocalist Jesse Lacey, Vincent Accardi, bassist Garrett Tierney, and drummer Brian Lane, the crew is seen as one of the most prominent emo bands from the generation - and pioneered a whole era of emo bands and lead singers that still finds its way into the culture a quarter century later. All of their albums have debuted at the top of the Billboard 200, and have gone either Gold or Platinum by RIAA’s standards. They have not led a tour since 2017, and have only done one show since then. The band’s influence is incomparable, and despite a small announcement of their stepping back in 2018, they have been fairly quiet - so we can only speculate what new material they may bring to the stage with them, too.
Speaking of what they’ll bring to the stage - though we can never be too sure what they will play throughout the reunion tour this summer, we do have a setlist from their last show back in December over Nashville! Check it out below:
