Deftones: North American Tour 2025 at Moda Center

It is a thing of beauty: alternative metal with a high energy, a touch of insanity, and raw passion exploding onto a stage, melting your face off, shaking the earth, and having crowds raise the horns.

After playing non-stop festivals, Deftones is stepping into their own spotlight again, mesmerizing fans with a solid, dynamic set-list that travels through all their iconic albums, weaving in and out of hard-hitting songs while injecting experimental, creamy, and dreamy selections into the mix. It’s guitar work that will indulge the senses, while charismatic frontman Chino Moreno conquers and commands the crowd unlike anything you’ve ever experienced. It’s drum rhythms that pounds in your chest, and dark and beautiful music that speaks to your soul differently.

After smashing into the metal scene in 1995 with their debut album “Adrenaline”, Deftones gained a massive global fan base by touring extensively. Their second album, “Around the Fur”, was the first to reach the charts and achieve gold certification. With their 2000 album, “White Pony”, the band achieved commercial success, and their subsequent albums were received with much critical acclaim. Deftones have received numerous accolades across their career, including two Grammy Awards, a California Music Award, and a Revolver Golden Gods Award, among others.

Deftones will be supported on their tour by El Paso progressive rockers, The Mars Volta, known for their exceptional concept albums and energetic live performances. The Mars Volta have released eight studio albums, featuring bangers such as “Roulette Dares (The Haunt Of)”, “Cassandra Gemini VII”, and “Cicatriz ESP”.

Supporting nu-gaze rock band Fleshwater, hailing from Boston, dropped their debut EP, “demo2020” in 2020, gaining them a massive following on streaming platforms. With hits such as “Linda Claire” and “Kiss The Ladder”, crowds are in for a performance for the books!

The covered multi-purpose arena, Moda Centre, located at the Rose Quarter, is about to be set on fire with robust riffs, lively lights, spine-tingling talent and just plain fantastic music! Seating is spread across the 14,000-capacity general admission area, 1,540-capacity Skyboxes and suites, as well as an additional 4,200 portable seats.
