This 2023, YG’s fans can anticipate a slew of new tracks. The critically-acclaimed rapper released his latest album, I Got Issues, and its spawned several incredible tracks, such as “Scared Money,” “Toxic,” “Alone,” and “Maniac.” On Saturday 7th, October 2023, the show is anticipated to feature a good mix of new and old works. Before YG dropped his latest album, he released several highly-praised efforts. In 2014, he released his debut album, My Krazy Life, which peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200 and topped the Rap and Hip-hop Albums charts. The album, which features a mugshot of YG on the cover, featured his breakout hits, “My Nigga,” “Left, Right,” and “Who Do You Love?” The platinum-selling rapper moved on to release several more highly-regarded studio efforts, Still Brazy, Stay Dangerous, 4Real 4Real, and M Life 4Hunnid.
Grammy-nominated rapper Tyga is also anticipated to perform the massive hits from his career-spanning catalog. The Compton-born performer has released seven studio albums. He first made waves in 2012 when his breakthrough record, Careless World: Rise of the Last King, peaked at number 4 on the Billboard 200 and topped the R&B and Rap charts. The outstanding effort spawned the number 7 Billboard Hot 100 hit, “Rack City,” which was later certified 5x platinum in the U.S. Over the years, Tyga has released several more unprecedented rap hits, including “Freaky Deaky,” “Juicy,” “Loco Contigo,” “Taste,” and “Ayo.” His latest album, Legendary, was released in 2019 and entered the charts in 17 countries.
Giving these male rappers a run for their money is Saweetie. The “Icy Grl” star made headlines in 2021 when he received new Grammy nominations, including Best New Artist. Having emerged only in 2016, Saweetie is definitely on her way to the top of the hip-hop food chain with her fantastic releases, such as “Tap In” and “Best Friend.” Both singles reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100. Her debut album, Pretty Bitch Music, was also released just this summer, and it has been preceded by several critically-acclaimed staples, including “Back to the Streets” and “Closer.”
If you want to catch YG, Tyga, and Saweetie’s remarkable hits this fall, you should grab your tickets now to see them light up the Moda Center on Saturday 7th, October 2023! The show will also feature some supporting acts, such as rising star rapper Kamaiyah, Wallei the Sensi, and DJ Vision!
