Moda Center Parking

The 30-acre Rose Quarter entertainment area has several parking options on and around its site, including two surface lots and four parking garages. These provide more than 2,500 spaces, with ADA accessible spaces on most levels. You’ll find at least one elevator in each garage. There are plenty more city parking options less than a mile away.

Parking Lots

The Garden Garage

This actually forms part of Moda Center, at the arena’s north end. It offers a total of 1,038 spaces, of which 24 are ADA accessible, and 8 EV charging stations. Distance to the main gates is 0.2 miles.

The Annex Garage

This offers a total of 350 spaces, of which nine are ADA accessible. It provides 2 EV charging stations and is situated 0.2 miles to the west of Moda Center.

West Broadway Garage

Here you have 554 total spaces, of which 12 are ADA accessible. 7 EV charging stations are provided, and it’s 0.3 miles away.

Benton Surface Lot

Close to the West Broadway Garage is this surface lot offering 92 total spaces, of which three are ADA accessible. It’s about 0.4 miles away.

ADA Parking and Drop-off

Moda Center has a dedicated ADA entrance, which you’ll find on level P3 of the Garden Garage. Along Wheeler Ave and Multnomah Street you’ll also see several drop-off and pick-up areas. These are conveniently situated for taxis and guests arriving in cars and limousines.

Oversized Vehicles

If space is available, RVs, buses and other oversized vehicles should park in the Benton Lot. The price is currently $40 per event, but you should be aware that this lot isn’t always available.

Recommendations

Parking shouldn’t be a problem at Moda Center, as there are plenty of spaces available. The prices are usually about $10-35, but they’ll vary according to what type of event you’re attending. Some surface lots are often made available at local office premises. You’ll usually pay about $40 in cash, depending on the show.
